We have had a Sonos One with Alexa for approximately 2 years without any problems, however a few days ago it stopped playing radio stations when asked. It responded to the voice command but then, nothing! it also doesn't respond to the "play next" and "stop" voice commands whilst playing music. Any help gratefully appreciated.

Which Radio station are you trying to start? Have you tried Disabling then Enabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa App?
