Alexa stopped Playing Amazon Music Service 'I don't know what went wrong'.

I've read several threads on resetting both my Amazon Alexa and Sonos One which I followed. When I get to the step in Sonos; 'Steps to set up Alexa' -> 'Connect your Amazon account' I am stuck in a loop, directed to amazon prime (authenticated?) then directed back to 'Steps to set up Alexa' -> 'Connect your Amazon account'

Please try this step on the PC version https://alexa.amazon.co.uk or https://alexa.amazon.com
I uninstalled the Alexa app on my iPhone and reinstalled it. This worked for me!
