Alexa stopped on Beam

Hello all,

Alexa on my beam was working perfectly then just stopped one day. I've tried all the basics restart routers, turned off/on the beam, deregiatered it from Alexa app still no luck.

The Alexa app shows the beam offline and I can't solve this.

The speaker works fine with my TV audio and through the Sonos app for Spotify etc but any Alexa functions no joy.

Any suggestions?

check to ensure the the mic is on should see a status light
