Seems like the last album I asked Alexa to play will occasionally start playing through the speakers it was last playing or grouped to. Last night at about 3am after falling asleep downstairs, the living room Sonos starts blaring Tom Petty in concert. Kind of groggy I search my memory for how to turn it off thru Alexa, only to find out it was also blaring outside on the patio. Again, I told Alexa to turn off the patio speakers. This morning my wife told me as I got out of the shower, "why is Tom Petty playing outside on the patio". Apparently It started up again.
Another problem I've been having is the music volume of selections I have asked Alexa to play through Sonos speakers turns way down, then back to it's normal volume, several times while playing. Not all the time, just occasionally.
I realize we are on version 1.0 and I'm delighted with the work that's being done. Just reporting some bugs.

Hey guys, this shouldn't happen, though I have seen the odd Alexa command get stalled out in the servers that winds up going through after a while. That hasn't happened since very early versions of the beta.
To start with, check for updates and get to the latest Sonos version, 8.1. Then, if this comes up again, can you submit a diagnostic and let us know the number? We'll take a look.
Also, there's a chance the music is getting restarted another way, such as the play/pause button being pressed on the player, or a controller triggering the play.

+22Unplugging a dot wouldn't keep a command that has already been sent up to the cloud from executing at a later point.

Next time this happens, can you submit a diagnostic?
It's has happened to me now, in the UK. Woke at 1:30am to find my new Sonos BEAM belting out some music I've never played. Checked the app, and the music had been called by Alexa (not me). Also queued but paused on my Echo show in another room. I'll submit a report next time (if there is one) - what's going on????

Can you please open the Alexa App>Reminders & Alarms and select your Beam in the drop down list at the top (Not the Sonos Room Name) and check that there are no Alarms set? It appears to be a good joke with some people! 🙂
