Hi all,



My Alexa with Sonos beam and sonos one was not behaving as it should constantly saying ‘I am not sure what went wrong’ so I decided to disable and deleting all the devices from Alexa app.

Since, I have re-added them I am constantly getting the same message ‘Sorry I am having trouble understanding right now, please try little later’ in american accent!



I have already rebooting all the devices including my router but still no luck.



Is there anything else we can try?

Did you remember to add the Sono Skill to the Alexa app and enable Alexa voice in the Sonos app for each speaker?
