Alexa, sonos one and Amazon prime music
I have existing sonos play 1 and play 3 and have just bought a sonos one. I previously used Napster but understand this is not compatible with Alexa. I also have amazon prime but rarely use it. Trying to use it now but I request a track I know is available on prime and Alexa says "Here's a sample of.... and plays about 20 seconds of the track.

You need to activate the service on both the Sonos and the Alexa app. Then set it as the default Alexa service. See this link for details:
