No Voice Control working at Brazil anymore since app update. ALexa Skill not available at Brazilian Alexa Store anymore. Amazon has told me is a Sonos Issue. I can not use even Sonos Voice Control. Hours of chating and calling to Sonos.

Sonos status page here is saying all is well with the service too…
You are probably best to reproduce the issue(s) seen and immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to help you to resolve the matter.

i have done everythinh above several times.
They keep saying I need to wait.
And It is impressive that They could not make Sonos Voice Control work on my system.
really frustating…
