Alexa Skill connection broken after app update.

Since the recent Sonos app update (circa May 2024) I cannot connect the Sonos Alexa skill to my system.  It's all been working fin in the past, and with this update I now get told I must register my products: Which they are, or that I need to update the app: which I have! (And the Alexa app for good measure!)

It's clear there is an issue, but has anyone else had this or knows how to address it?)

I recently changed my broadband provider so had to re install my system, which then said to upgrade my sonos app which I did.

I can now no longer use voice commands on my sonos one ore my move and even if I manually touch the mic buttons there is no response
