I have been trying to set up Alexa as a voice assistant but struggling to get it to show as a service in the Sonos App.
I have tried disabling and enabling the skill in Alexa as well as deleting both apps and starting again.

The section in the Sonos App relates to those Sonos devices only that have Alexa built into them. So is it perhaps a case you do not have one of those type of speakers (i.e. Move, Beam, Arc, Sonos One etc.) and/or that you are just controlling/enabling voice control of your Sonos products with a separate Amazon Echo device instead?
