Hi, I’ve moved my Arc Ultra from my flat to my girlfriend’s house and set it up there. It’s connected to her WiFi, all skills set up on the Alexa app and plays Spotify or radio through the Sonos app. The Samsung TV plays perfectly through it, my problem is when I give voice commands to Alexa, it confirms the command, then Tells me that device is offine….if anyone can help I’d be most grateful.
Alexa worked perfectly when I had the Arc set up at my flat, before I moved it to hers, and set up a new system there…….
