I have a Sonos one and a routine that plays music for 2 hours. At the end of 2 hours it just keeps playing. I have tried stop audio in device settings but that does not work

Sonos Beam, Sonos Move, and Sonos One do not support Alexa’s Routines, Drop In, calling, and messaging features as you can see here.
Our newer models, such as the Sonos Era series and the Sonos Arc Ultra support the Amazon Alexa routines feature.

What does the Sonos App show when the playback has started? Is it not possible to stop it via the Sonos App or the Play/Pause touch button on the top?
