My brother & I have both bought a Roam & both have same issue that it won’t work with Alexa or Spotify it just says need to get the skill and search for the device 

  I have 4 other Sonos devices all working fine when I look on Alex it shows the Roam but won’t connect

After adding the Roam to your Sonos system, please open the Sonos App>Settings>Services & Voice>Amazon Alexa and ensure that your Roam is shown as Enabled.


Yes it is enabled , have removed it an reinstalled but still same issue
