I recently inistalled Amazon music for apple . Then reinstalled Amazon as didn’t like apple.
I have re enabled Amazon alexa she responds but doesn’t play .what can be done

I think you’re going to have clarify that a bit. It sounds like you are trying to give an Alexa command to your Move (based on profile) to play music via Amazon Music(based on profile) but the speaker isn’t playing anything. Is the Amazon music service set up through the Sonos app? Or am I way off?
