Alexa was having trouble understanding commands (like pause, stop, or play) suddenly, and even after the most recent update, it's still not working. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue, or knows a fix. It seems I can only control music on the Sonos app now, and not at all through voice commands.
Hi First of all, can you check the small white round light is showing on the top of the speaker? If not you've turned the mic off, just touch the mic symbol to turn back on.

If this doesn't fix it please Disable and Enable the Sonos skill in the Alexa App and retest.

If the problem persists, then please follow the steps I've listed in the Answer to this post:

Still doesn't help. Most of the Alexa commands associated with music either don't work or work consistently. My home automation lighting is good via Sonos One. I have a ticket submitted via Twitter support but waiting over an hour on the phone is ridiculous.
