Alexa not playing either radio or amazon music unlimited question please answer someone
i have a trail for amazon music unlimited and sat night it was working fine, sunday morning i asked alexa to play radio and she replied here is something you might like but no music or radio playing. also asked for various artist and tracks and still no music playing.. anybody know why this is happening on a new sonos one. if their is a remedy please reply with full discription of how its done please absolute newbie to all this. its driving me mad, although music is working fine from other devices, just amazon unlimited music, but it was working, my subscription doesnt finish until 27nov..

Go into the Alexa app and disable, then reenable. Then ask Alexa to "discover devices".
