My Sonos beam gen 1 and it’s Alexa function has issues accessing Apple Music.
Ive deleted Apple Music skill from the Alexa app and re linked it etc still no joy.
any idea please.

+22Do you have any other Alexa devices in your home. Do they add and play Apple Music correctly?
+22What does alexa reply when you ask it to play a song. Remember if you link apple music you still have to set it as default music service in alexa app for it to chose apple music vs. amazon.

Alexa says “I’m having trouble playing music” when asked to play something on Apple Music.
It used to work fine.
Ive started over with linking it in the Alexa app and on the Sonos app but it’s still the same message.
all other Alexa/echo dot products work fine.
