Alexa no longer working

Hi all. I've just set up a mesh wifi (BT Whole Home). I've factory reset my 2 One's and moved them to new positions and at the same time added a new Beam. Everything is fine from the Sonos controller app - I can stream from my NAS, stream radio etc. The problem is now Alexa. Alexa recognises the voice command e.g. "alexa, play radio 2" as it's repeated back e.g. "playing bbc radio 2 on tunein" but then nothing happens. I can ask questions via Alexa and get the answer back ok. Any ideas appreciated. I've submitted a diagnostic dump reference 2096180011. Thanks!

Sorted. Needed a complete bottom-up install of the Alexa app, including removing all of the devices first.

First off, I suggest you Disable the Sonos skill within the Alexa App>Skills>Your Skills and then re Enable
