Alexa muting tv sound
Hi there, so when I ask Alexa a question and she gets confused the sound stays muted on my tv setup with playbar, can’t get any command I say to Alexa to get sound back on, the only way to restore sound is to unplug her and then plug back in, this can’t be right any ideas, many thanks in advance.

Hi John, are you still having trouble? If so, can you please disable the Alexa skill and re-enable it. Then, discover devices again and try this out.
