Have three play one speakers and would like to use Alexa commands to play music on multiple speakers. I have setup a group in Alexa app, but the Sonos one does not recognize the group name??

Sonos will honor grouping made in the Sonos App, but not groups in Alexa. Yet. Not sure if/when that will change. You also can’t group/ungroup speakers using voice control. Again, yet. I have hopes, but not strong ones.
There is no Alexa supported groups of 3rd party speakers at this time. You can group via the Sonos app, then direct Alexa to play to any one of the grouped speakers and it will play on the whole group.
The groups in the Alexa App are currently for Amazon devices only at the moment. You will need to use the Sonos App to Group your Sonos devices. This may (hopefully) change in the future, but we will have to wait and see how the Sonos/Amazon collaboration continues to develop.
