Hi - new to the Sonos ecosystem and having a bit of a struggle getting Alexa set up properly - I assume this is a simple one and for some reason I’m being a bit dense.

I have two Era 100s set up ass a stereo pair - one of the Eras knows where it is, if you ask it to turn off or on the lights it does, the other one asks which light. Suggests one of the Eras doesn’t have the room set for it.

Both speakers are part of a Sonos  pair in the living room which is added to the lounge group in Alexa - really confused why this is happening other than things never like to be easy.
