Why does Alexa keep telling me that she is not registered when I ask for her to play the Radio? I.E Alexa play radio 2

I have turned her off, turned her on and gone through the whole process of starting g\her back up but still...”that device is off line”Check that your Alexa App is logged in correctly and then goto Sonos App Settings/Room Settings for the Sonos One and long press on the Alexa icon and choose to remove and then reauthorise your Amazon Alexa Account.

In addition to the great advice from Ken, it's also worth opening the browser version of the Alexa App (https://alexa.amazon.co.uk) and selecting Settings>Devices. This sometimes switches the device On-Line after a few secs.
