Alexa keeps saying "Sorry I am having problems understanding right now. Please try a little later". When she says this she also changes her accent from British to American.

I had this issue a couple times. Once was my network router. The second time, I unplugged my Sonos One for a few seconds, then lugged it back in, and it fixed itself.
