Alexa isn't working

Hi, Today I tried to play music through Alexa and it said it couldn't because I didn't have internet, but after I tried with Sonos assistant and Sonos could. I removed my account and when I tried to log back into Amazon it gave me error 400, but I searched and there was no outage. Is anyone else having this problem?

We first need to know if Alexa is failing on one speaker (or stereo pair) or all Sonos speakers capable of using Alexa? There are different troubleshooting steps depending upon how Alexa is behaving in a particular scenario.

It only not work in one but the problem is likely more for Amazon not for Sonos, because the error is when I trying to log in in the web browser. I tried to disconnect and connect from the energy again and nothing happened.

OK…but have you tried using Alexa with any other speaker (except the Five)? That’s important for us to know.
