I had my Sonos Arc Soundbar receive commands for Hunter Douglas shade operation. Alexa still responses to commands but in Alexa is completely silent during operation, no sounds. It had been working for years but suddenly a couple weeks ago it remains silent. It’s nice to here the activation sound, not hearing it I don’t know if the command was received.

Go to the room in the App where Alexa is assigned (Beam) and scroll to voice assistants and select Alexa. Activate the “wake command/acknowledgement”.
