My other sonos one speakers work fine. The speakers having problems worked fine for the last year but now when I say Alexa all it says is “ I am having trouble understanding you right, now please try again later.”
And on my Alexa app it shows the speakers not online. I tried deleting it and rediscovering it with no luck - it discovered them but the problem remains. I tried unplugging the speakers and reconnecting them with no luck either. My music plays fine on the speakers and so does my TV. It’s just that Alexa cannot work.

The following might be worth a try:
1) Log out of all Amazon apps (including the Alexa app) that are installed on your mobile device
2) Go to the Sonos app and remove voice services from the room settings. Disable the Sonos Skill in the Alexa app and subsequently re-enable it
