Alexa has sopped working on my Beam

Hi there,

I was tidying my wiring over the wekend and when I powered up again, Alexa will not respond my Sonos Beam.

I checked the settings on my Alexa app and voice is enabled. I deleted and reinstalled both eth Sonos and Alexa app, but still no change.

Has anyone got some ideas of what I can try next, thanks in advance (:

Have you pressed the mike button on the top of the beam
Hi Fez33,

Embarrassingly I have to report that it was my microphone that was switch off. How this happened after powering down to tidy wiring, I don't know, but thanks for your input
