Is it possible to play the same music over my Alexa.and my Sonos one SL? Although Alexa is enabled on all equipment I cannot play same music on both. I have tried to do a multi media group but Sonos speaker does not show as an available speaker. I see this question was asked about a year ago but I’m wondering if there’s an update.

No this is not possible. Although you can control Sonos with Alexa, they do not share the same multiroom audio protocols. It’s unlikely to change anytime soon without some major shakeup happening, so I would not plan on it.
