My Sonos beam works though the app and always used to work with Alexa but since the last update, Alexa cant play music. Alexa answers my questions perfectly well and finds music on Amazon but then is totally silent. I say “Alexa play Virgin Radio” and Alexa responds saying “playing Virgin Radio from News Broadcasting” and then its toy=tally silent! Same with any radio station or Amazon Music.
Any ideas, anyone?
