Sonos works fine -- Alexa works fine except cannot see Sonos speakers It has worked in the past. Note: I believe that having 2 Sonos accounts has created the problem. One account has the speakers, the other account has the Sonos SKILL. When I try to add the Skill to Alexa, it tells me that I need to transfer to the other account. All sounds well and good but while executing the transfer it abends and tells me to call Customer Care .. "GOOD LUCK THERE!". What I would really like to do is delete one of the accounts and get everything in one place. Can't find a way to delete a Sonos account. I have a simple configuration. 2 Sonos One speakers and iPhone app and a Windows 10 app.

Have you tried to Transfer the Account via the Sonos App>Settings>Account Settings>Transfer Account?
Just gave that transfer a try. It appeared to work and got "transfer complete." When I then tried to enable the Sonos Skill on the Alexa App, I get this message:
SONOS

PROBLEM SOLVED -- Thanks UKMedia -- The transfer on my iPhone moved the speakers over, but I needed to shut down the Sonos app before enabling the Sonos Skill on the Alexa app.
