Alexa Cannot Play Music on Media Server or Hard Drive - Sonos One
Alexa on Sonos One does not have access to exactly the same Music Sources that Sonos does. For example, Alexa cannot access my DLNA or Plex Media server or my hard drives where the files are saved. This is a feature that needs to be added.

Alexa, nor Google Assistant for that matter, currently support the playing of local music libraries. Perhaps you should put this to Amazon as an Alexa feature request...
