Alexa App still "Having trouble Understanding "

Alexa is still not working on our Sonos one " Sorry im having trouble understanding "..We have an Amazon Echo that is back online.
Ive tried everything i can think of via the Alexa app,Sonos App..Anyone else still having Alexa issues post Christmas day?

Problem resolved.I reset the Sonos one and re added Alexa..Back to normal now and fully functional
No need for a factory reset in that case. Removing and re-adding the Sonos Skill would have been sufficient.
