Alexa and Apple Music

Alexa will work if I say time weather alarm

but when I ask to play Apple Music it will say connecting to apple. Music

then say having trouble connecting

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

If rebooting your router by switching it off for at least 30 seconds does not help, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Try removing the ‘Sonos Skill’ in the Amazon Alexa App and wait a minute and then add it back again and see if that fixes things. If no joy with that, then reauthorise your Apple Music service in both the Sonos and Alexa Apps and ensure it’s set as the default service in the Alexa App too.

That didn’t work now. Alexa won’t play tunein  radio
