I can't get my Sonos 1 or my two Era 100 to work with Alexa.  When I get to the screen where it says, "please log into your Alexa app.". I never get there.  Always fails.

Follow the instructions in the link to setup Alexa on your Era 100. Make sure the Security switch on the rear shows as Green before you start.

The Sonos One SL (as shown in your profile) is not capable of using Alexa as it was designed not to. You would need a Sonos One.


If the steps that ​@AjTrek1 has suggested don’t work, please temporarily remove the Amazon Shopping App and retry.  Once the Sonos and Amazon account linking is successful, you can reinstall the Amazon shopping App.
