I’ve got a few sonos products with mics, and i have added alexa as a voice control in my sonos account. I have also reauthorised the sonos skill in the alexa app. 
 

one of my moves stopped responding at all to alexa commands. 
 

when i go to the voice control settings and try to add alexa back to the move, i get the error ‘some of your products are not connected/online, please connect and retry’. 
 

for context, i have removed a few speakers from my system. But they are not showing up as upgrade options in my account. 
 

any ideas?

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with getting Alexa working on your Sonos Move.

There are several things you can try:

  • reboot the speaker
  • reboot the router
  • reboot the device running the Sonos app, or try another device if available

If none of these steps help you with getting Alexa working on your Move again, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
