Does anyone know which courier company Sonos use for EU/UK deliveries ? Waiting patiently for my Arc to arrive next week but some companies seem to have an inability to find out house.

It would be on the confirmation emailing when the device ships.
And yes, there’s been at least one received, although no indication of where that poster lives. And they can’t use the device until the next version of the app is released.
But I’d agree, most should be received after the 10th. But perhaps not on the 10th, depending on the number of Sonos shipping personnel, and the ability of the shippers to process them. Certainly soon thereafter, though.

I have the Arc on backorder (earliest shipping July 17) but am away for a week so would like to delay delivery.
