Trade up not working

Hi, I have several eligible devices. They are online and this is showing up on the my account page, but I don’t see any option for the trade up scheme to be applied to any of the products.

I am viewing the page on an iPhone 7plus if that makes any difference.

 

Can Someone assist?

Eligible devices would be on the Trade-Up page of your account.

When you order a new Sonos device or combination deal the trade-up discount is applied during the ordering process.

Thanks to you both. My devices just don’t show up. In any case, I think I will sell privately as I will likely get more for the items than the discount would have been!

It depends on what you buy, I picked up a couple 5.1 Beam setups and I think the credit was more than I paid for my ZP-80s 12 years ago.
