Installing a 16x12’ shingled roof pavilion about 6-8 feet away from pool. 


Trying to determine if a pair of Sonance outdoor or Move is the better option. 

I’m thinking about mounting them onto the 2 rear posts of the pavilion facing the pool, positioned up high on the 8’ posts They would end up about 18-20’ away from the pool. I already have 4 Polk Atrium 5s running thru a Connect that are approx 40 feet away on the opposite side of the pool and pointed toward the pool.

If Sonance outdoor, I need an amp but those aren’t rated for outdoor use, right? 
 

If Move, the charging base isn’t rated for outdoor use.

Am I missing something or is there not a complete outdoor solution? 

Your best option would probably be the Sonos Architectural by Sonance outdoor speakers powered by an Amp. You just need to find a place to store your Amp that is well ventilated, dry, and away from extreme temperatures. Storage temperature for the Amp is -4°F to 122° F.
