Hi,

I have a Sonos Move and a brand new Samsung TV “The Frame”.

I am interested with Sonos Beam Dolby Atmos but just wondered if :

  • my Sonos Move could be the subwoofer
  • my Samsung TV is compatible with Sonos Beam

No the Sonos Move cannot be used as a sub woofer or as a surround speaker. You may be able to pair the Move to your TV by Bluetooth but there may be a lag in the sound.
Sonos makes specific speakers for home theatre, such as the Playbase, Playbar, Arc and Beam.
The beam will be compatible with your TV so long as it has optical output or HDMI audio out.
