I have now tried three times this week to order a Sub Mini to go with my Sonos Beam, and each time my order has been cancelled by the Sonos website.

I contacted sales support and they say that their system faced an integration error that cancelled customer orders in bulk?

Anybody else struggling with orders on the Sonos website?

I’m sorry to hear you had such trouble - we have been integrating new sales software recently that could be going more smoothly than it currently is.

Was our Sales team able to fix your order? I hope so. Contacting them directly is the best way to resolve any issues with orders.
