Hi

i have a pair of Era 100, which work great when streaming Apple.

I have also bought the Victrola Carbon stream turntable which is advertised as being Sonos ready. It connects wirelessly to the speakers. My problem is that when playing records on the turntable I can only get sound from one speaker.

Initially both speakers worked but the quality was awful. I read that switching to Lossless will resolve the problem. It certainly improved the quality but now only works from one speaker.

Im not very savvy in these matters, so if anybody can offer any help or suggestions I’d be very grateful.

Kind regards

Seems odd, but I don’t own one to have any significant thoughts, other than to call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

I’d agree, it should ‘just work’ with a stereo pair of Era 100s. There’s definitely something weird going on.

In the Victrola app, increase the wireless audio delay under “additional settings”.  This will increase the buffer used.
