Hi everyone, maybe someone can help
I have invested in a Sonos amp, as I wanted to try some speakers that are not Sonos.
It works fine when I stream from Spotify and other services.
My problem is the sound from my Sonos port which I want to have connected to the Sonos amp. The Sonos port is used to send sound from my turntable, as it is quite far from the port to the amp. Could I get it to work when I sent the sound from the port to the Sonos era?
I hope it can be done
Response:
Yes, you should be able to group the two devices, assuming they’re both on your WiFi network. Note, however, your turntable may need an external preamp between it and the Port. Sonos line ins are expecting a line level input, and not a phono level input.
Svar:
should be fine along as both are on same wifi system also try a sub ; Sonos or non Sonos with your amp.
