Hello, has anyone else had any issues with their Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Sonos Edition Turntable?

My right channel output was not working and had to send it in for warranty repair. It’s been 3 months (55 business days) and I still do not have my turntable returned to me. Pro-Ject USA (FineSounds America) does not even respond when I ask for an update. Very discouraging especially when the turntable was defective from day one.

I have a Pro-Ject Essential Turntable connected to a Sonos Connect and played through a stereo pair consisting of two Play:1 speakers. The same thing happened to me. I determined that the internal preamp in the turntable was the problem. So now I have an external preamp prior to the Sonos Connect and all is fine.
