Port Turntable set up not working

Got the Port, set up with a turntable. See ‘line in’ in the app but when I click it, nothing happens. When I try to have the port play in another room I get an ‘unable to connect try later’ message. I feel like I am so close but not sure what is wrong. I reset my router, that did nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry cant help, I have exactly the same problem. Tried re-uploading the app a number of times (I have Android and Apple), Removed all products and started from scratch, nothing has worked. I had the old app on another phone which worked for a while.

Trouble is, nobody is listening (pun not intended) to our problems. I emailed the CEO
and got a reply with all the usual, we are trying hard, you are important to us etc.
Perhaps more emails to him?

I did some searching online and ended up hitting update button so it would update software on all other parts of my system. Somehow I got it work, also has to flip a switch on the back of turntable (line/phono). But now I am having trouble pairing other speakers.
