Hi - I have my pro ject 1 turntable connected via Port and see line in as an option, but can't get audio output to Arc/sub

 

You cant choose line in from the Arc. It has to start with the Port. You can either assign the TT to autoplay to the Arc from the Ports settings,(the selection is in your third screenshot) or group the Port with the Arc. 

You might also want to change the Source level.  8 or above is the best for Turntables.
