Hi, my B&O turntable was connected to the port prior to updating my wifi. have managed to get the system back up and operational, however I cannot see the turntable in the App, I cannot see a line in option although I have followed the process as described in the help pages. now trying on PC and can see the turntable as previous favourites

any advise wold be appreciated

I suggest force closing the controller.


Hi, Thanks for the advise, I think I have identified the problem in that the port has not registered on the system. Having to resolve that issue first.
