I have a AV closet that houses my Denon receiver which is connected to my projector, AppleTV, and a Sonos Port.  I also have 2 Sonos Amps.

The Sonos Amps are connected to 2 different zones in my house that have in-ceiling speakers.  The Port is connected to the Receiver which controls Sonos in my theater room which also has in-ceiling speakers.

I would like to connect a turntable that is in my office to the in-ceiling speakers in my office and I would like to control this all via Sonos.

Is this possible?

I assume your AV does not have a phono input which even so might be difficult to plug in a Turntable as the the AV is in a closet.

Assuming there is no room in the AV closet you might invest in another Port and connect the Turntable to it. The Turntable would need to have a built-in pre-amp otherwise you’ll need to place a pre-amp between the Turntable and the Port.

After setting up the Port you’ll need to designate a room as the default for Sonos speakers. The other rooms can be Grouped to hear the Turntable audio.,

Sorry I forgot that the Turntable is in your office. However the directions I gave to get the turntable setup remain the same requiring a second Port.
