Boost speaker volume when playing a vintage record player through Sonos Connect

I had posted earlier about connecting my vintage record player to Sonos and was given the exact information I needed and was able to get that done. Now that I have done this I notice the speaker volume is not terribly high like if I were just streaming music to my speakers and not going through the connect. I was wondering if I could add something to my system to give more volume? would I add an amp or something else?

Again, not terribly savvy with this stuff and any help would be appreciated.

If not tried already, perhaps try changing the Connect’s line-in "source level" to a higher value … see this Sonos Support link:

Set the level as high as you can, so that you do not hear any distortion at/near full volume level.

Ken, thank you and that worked! I set it to 5 - it was on 2.

Seems to be much better now.

Thank you again
