S1 app on iPhone not showing my Sonos devices

Hi all, s1 app on my son’s iphone not showing our sonos devices In the house WHILE all devices show on my S1 app on my iPhone without a problem. I even signed my son into my Sonos account

    go into your iPhone settings, click PRIVACY, allow Sonos network Access

    Is he on iOS 14 and has he given Sonos permission to detect devices on your network?

    Just FYI he used to be able to control his zp100 in his room. This problem just occurred

    Go to Settings / Sonos S1 and enable Local Network for the app.

    Chances are good that this started happening after he upgraded to iOS 14.
