One speaker in group is not working

I have a Sonos in office, and there are several in wall speakers where 2 of them is not working. What is a possible issue ? How to solve ? Please provide A2Z guide, such as I do not know where is set up and related things.

Hello @GuitarSuperstar

Actually I could not get what you mean.

This is my speakers, and there are 5 of them in different places

That appears to be a set of Bose speakers, not Sonos speakers.

@GuitarSuperstar  this speakers works with sonos, and connected to sonos

I’ll go back to my original question… What are the Bose speakers physically wired to? What specific Sonos speakers do you have that play together with the Bose speakers? Can you post photos of your Sonos speakers too?

Hi @Fuad Teymurov

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I recommend you locate your two Sonos Connects and reboot each by removing power for a few seconds.

They look like this:

It may also help to reboot your router but as you’re in an office, I understand that this may not be an option for you.
