TV Swap Between Ace and Beam (gen 2) not working

I purchased a Sonos Ace and Beam Gen 2. I set up my Beam Gen 2 with my surrounds (One SL and Sub Gen 1). I then set up the Sonos Ace. I then tried to use the TV Swap functionality and I was able to add the beam as a soundbar. The issue is when I actually try to swap, nothing happens and then there is a beep and the swap fails. The Beam is using Wifi. Additionally, if I then try to remove the beam as a tv swap device, it gives me an error. I am using an android device. I have ensured that all software/firmware is up to date. I have tried completely factory resetting ALL devices. I have also tried to just set up the Beam and Arc (no surrounds or sub), and nothing has worked. I would appreciate any help. Additionally, I have tried to take the advice of other posts here (turning off bluetooth and the speakers and then restarting the app, then turning them back on). So far nothing has worked.

Also if it helps, im using a Google Pixel Fold on android 14

Are you completely exiting, not just minimizing, the app?

It took me a few tries but I now have the swap working for my Beam and Arc.

I feel like I could have written this post, word for word. Have had/still have exactly the same problem.

At the moment, I can't help. Spent 40 minutes on a web chat, then 90 minutes on the phone with support yesterday. Lots of ums and aahs, and hold on for a minute. We set it up, reset the headphones, deleted the app, tried setting up on another devise. And at the end, they referred it up to the next level of support - still waiting for them to get back to me.

I believe I am. I am closing the app and then force quitting it through the settings

Still no solution from Sonos for this issue. I think they are ignoring me!
